Architas launches real assets fund of funds

Architas has launched a fund of funds designed to offer investors exposure to alternative asset classes such as infrastructure and forestry.

The Architas Diversified Real Assets fund aims to return a yield of at least 3.5% and returns that are "less correlated" with bonds and equities. The fund will offer exposure to real assets including infrastructure equity and debt, commodities, forestry and specialist property. Underlying funds include the International Public Partnerships fund - a public infrastructure project - and the John Laing Environmental Assets fund.
