Management agreement
The Investment Manager will be entitled to a management fee payable by the company equal to 0.9 per cent p.a. of the Company's NAV on the first GBP 200 million, 0.75 per cent p.a. of the Company's NAV on amounts between GBP 200 million and GBP 400 million, and 0.6 per cent p.a. of net assets over GBP 400 million, payable quarterly in arrears. The management fee and any interest costs associated with the gearing will be charged as 50 per cent to the revenue account and 50 per cent to the capital reserve. The management contract is terminable on six months' notice.
