Management agreement
Under the Management Agreement, the AIFM receives from the Company a management fee of 0.95% p.a. of NAV up to GBP 500m and 0.85% p.a. of NAV in excess of GBP 500m, payable quarterly in arrears. No performance fee or asset level fees are payable to the AIFM under the Management Agreement. The Management Agreement is for an initial term of five years from the date of First Admission and thereafter subject to termination on not less than 12 months’ written notice by either party.
