Management agreement
The management fee will be charged at 0.75% p.a. on the first GBP 200m and 0.65% thereafter, charged on the net assets value of the company under management, net of current liabilities other than short-term borrowings. The agreement is terminable by either party on 12 months notice or on immediate notice in the event of certain breaches or the insolvency of either party.
