Management agreement
The Manager is entitled to receive management fee payable monthly in arrears at the rate of 1% p.a. of the NAV of the company. The Manager is also entitled to reimbursement of certain out-of-pocket expenses incurred by it in connection with its duties. The Management Agreement may be terminated by either the company or the Manager on not less than twelve months’ notice in writing. The Manager may, with the consent of the Directors, delegate the provision of investment management and other services to a third party but will remain liable for the acts of any such third party and will be responsible for the remuneration of the third party.
