Management agreement
As manager, Troy receive an annual management fee of 0.65% of the net assets of the company up to GBP 750m, 0.55% of net assets between GBP 750m and GBP 1bn and 0.50% above GBP 1bn. Following an initial term of three years, the investment management delegation agreement shall be terminable by either party serving six months’ notice.
