It shouldn't be necessary to beat the drum for diversity and inclusion in the UK advice sector in 2022. Nearly a thousand years after William of Normandy injected fresh Viking and French genetics into the Angles, Saxons, Danes and Celts of this land, followed by successive waves of distinctive cultures and ethnic groups coming to these shores from the British Empire, the Commonwealth and the European continent, our population is among the most diverse in the world.
