  • Odyssean Investment Trust (OIT) says that, following a review of its operational arrangements, NSM Funds (UK) Limited has been appointed as its company secretary with immediate effect. Reflecting this, the trust’s registered office will change to 46-48 James Street, London W1U 1EZ.
  • CVC Income & Growth (CVCE) has announced the results of its January 2025 share conversion which has seen a number of euro shares converted into sterling shares. On the basis of their relative net asset values as at 31 December 2024 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 31 December 2024), the current conversion ratio, in accordance with the company’s articles of association, is:0.753383 sterling shares per euro share; and 1.327315 euro shares per sterling Share. The company says that it received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 2,701,796 euro shares and 25,367 sterling shares by the relevant closing date.
  • Picton Property (PCTN) has appointed Francis Salway as its new chair, effective on 1 February 2025, succeeding Lena Wilson. Salway was chief executive of Land Securities plc, then the country’s largest listed commercial property company, between 2004 and 2012, and prior to that was investment director at Standard Life Investments. He is currently a non-executive director of Watkin Jones plc, the residential-for-rent developer, and a non-executive director of Cadogan Group Limited, which owns and manages the Cadogan Estate in Chelsea. Salway was a non-executive director of Next plc from 2010 to 2021, latterly as senior independent director. From 2012, he was chair of Town & Country Housing, a housing association, and, following its amalgamation with Peabody in 2019, also a non-executive director of Peabody both until 2021.
