Tenet ARs to move to Openwork after review lays bare revenue issues

Appointed representatives to be ‘offered a fully supported transfers’

Advisers working for Tenet’s wealth and investment network as appointed representatives (AR) will be able to take a “fully supported transfer” to The Openwork Partnership following a deal struck between the two businesses.

Tenet this morning (21 August) confirmed the decision was an outcome following the conclusion of its latest strategic review. It is expected that all moves will be completed within the next 12 months. "Communications with network members and colleagues are underway and will continue throughout the sale and transfer processes," the group stated. Chair Phillip Hilling added: "These transactions affecting Tenet's AR networks are in the long-term best interest of all stakeholders.
