Management agreement
With effect from 1 July 2024, the annual investment management fee is calculated as 0.35 per cent of the Company's net assets up to 1.1 billion and 0.25 per cent of any net assets above 1.1 billion, calculated and paid monthly. Agreement may be terminated by either party on 3 months' notice. A secretarial fee of GBP 75,000 p.a. is also payable, which is chargeable 100% to revenue.
