In April, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) released consultation paper CP24/8, which proposed extending the Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDR) regime to portfolio managers. Under the proposals, portfolio managers will be permitted to use the new labels from 2 December, with the naming and marketing rules and the requirement to make accompanying disclosures applying from the same date.
