This Menopause Day, Quilter has partnered with an online clinic to offer free menopause support for its employees.

It has formed a new partnership with menopause support app, Stella, to offer free, personalised care to every employee and their families. Stella, created by Vira Health, provides menopause care plans and support from trained specialists to help manage an individual's specific menopause symptoms. The app helps people understand their stage of menopause, why symptoms are happening and what can help, and recommends tailored exercises and psychological techniques to help build healthy habits. Every Quilter colleague will have access to the app and it can be extended to a colleague's love...
