Management agreement
The Manager is remunerated at a rate of 0.9% p.a. of the NA of Company portfolio. When the Company invests in funds managed or advised by JPMAM or any of its associated companies, they are excluded from the calculation and therefore attract no fee. The management contract can be terminated on notice period of 3 months.
