Management agreement
The contract is terminable on six months notice. The manager receives an annual fee of 0.85% p.a. of NAV on assets up to GBP350 m and 0.75% p.a. of NAV on assets thereafter. Where the Company invests in other investment or cash funds managed by BlackRock, any underlying fee charged is rebated.
