Hundreds of thousands of pupils this week got their GCSE exam results, hot on the heels of A Level students.

For some, the results will have been a cause for celebration. Others will have been feeling disappointed despite a lot of hard work. For young people, results season can feel like the be-all and end-all. This is understandable. However, it doesn't have to be. It's been refreshing, therefore, to see so many seasoned professionals taking to social media to share their experiences of exam failures or disappointments and how they didn't let this set them back.
