New year, new job? PA’s People Moves hub has been popping this week, with a raft of recent appointments announced.

There's nothing new about a New Year job frenzy, with a recent Total Jobs survey suggesting that four million working Brits will be looking to trade up their job this January. That said, zooming in on advice, there's a worrying trend that could have some business owners sweating amid the New Year's job rush. That is: The flight of the paraplanner and administrator.
